  • James will arrive 15th - 17th (will get ready on site at other hotel)

    VISION
    Candles everywhere

  • Ceremony: no colours, white flowers, top of the aisle two urns with white flowers and candles all down the aisle into a circle altar. Cover fire places with candles .

  • Dinner: table in the U shape, on the table staggered heights of candles with draping flowers at either ends of the tables
    Fireplaces to have all candles inside and above

  • Champagne reception: 6 high tables with white flowers and hydrangeas

  • Evening party: will be dark with stage and dancefloor. To make use of Claridges low sofas and chairs. Candles by the bar and some flower on the 4 low tables

    STYLE

  • Style of photography: Candid, does not like anything too posey, chic  lift photos 

  • Videography: tbc

  • Content creator

  • Cakes: two tiers all white simplistic

  • Stationary & Signs: Mum does calligraphy, will do invites, names cards and menus
    What is needed: Welcome signs, bar menu of his, hers and our Cocktails

Serenity’s Service Proposal

PLANNING

  • Portal Creation: We will create a dedicated area that allows you to access and review all aspects of your wedding planning in one centralised location. It enables you to track tasks, deadlines, and your budget. The portal facilitates collaboration and provides relevant document storage & tracking.

  • Venue & Catering Management: We will oversee all communications, logistics & compliance with Claridges , keeping you informed of all essential details throughout the process,. We will manage the catering team to ensure that all special requests and specific requirements for both the couple and your guests are met with precision and care.

  • Coordination of Site Visits and Food Tastings: We will handle the booking and scheduling of all site visits (design & vendor) and will arrange a food tasting with the catering team to take place 3 to 6 months prior to your wedding.

  • Venue Design: We will request that you share your wedding vision in the form of a mood board. We have created & designed an introductory mood-board however we would love to see what images you have saved. Based on your preferences, we will collaborate on the venue design and select suppliers who can bring your vision to life. If you are unsure about a specific direction, we are also available to provide design ideas and inspiration that will enhance Claridges.

  • Supplier Sourcing and Management: We will handle the sourcing and management of all essential suppliers, including photographers, videographers, florists, entertainment, decor, and audiovisual & production teams, ensuring a seamless integration of all elements for your event. We will also provide you with a list of recommended Hair & Make up artists to review & explore.

  • Budget Management and Tracking: Our portal will include a budget and supplier tracker, where you can easily access a full list of all agreed-upon services for your reference at any time.

  • Invitation Assistance: We offer you support for two invitation options: 1) Traditional printed invites, or 2) An event app invitation with RSVP capabilities, for which we highly recommend the JOY app.

  • Accommodation Coordination: We will secure a special accommodation rate for your guests at the selected wedding hotel(s).

  • Ceremony Planning: We will ensure that all aspects of your ceremony adhere to local laws and regulations, whether you choose a legal or symbolic ceremony. If you choose legal by law you will have to submit your notice of marriage & request for a registra, however we are there to support you on the chosen script and timings of the day.

  • Event Day Schedule Creation: We will develop a comprehensive event day schedule and timeline, which will be distributed to the venue and suppliers prior to the wedding, ensuring smooth execution on the day of your celebration.

  • Arrival Timing: We will be the on site at the starting time of set up. Depending on the start time we may stay on site (or close by ) the night before. We will have a walk through with you & the hotel the day prior to ensure time for final preparations and adjustments.

ON THE DAY CO-ORDINATION & MANAGEMENT

  • Wedding Setup: Our team will be onsite to ensure that all suppliers are operating on schedule and that the setup is executed according to the agreed-upon plan.

  • Wedding Execution: Our team will remain onsite throughout the wedding to ensure that all plans come together seamlessly, handling any unforeseen circumstances discreetly as they arise.

  • Post-Event Take Down: We will coordinate and schedule the dismantling and collection of all supplier materials following the end of the wedding.

POST WEDDING CELEBRATIONS

  • The joy of the special day is not over, we stay on top of your photographer and videographer agreed timelines for imagery and content. Once you receive your portal of photos and videos then our job for your special day is done (but we hope its just the beginning!)

Our wedding planning and coordination fee for your special day will be £5000
+ Travel expenses are invoiced separately
