BRIEF

Details About Event: My fiancée Charlie and I are planning our wedding and we’d like to get married in Cyprus some time in May 2026.

We live in London and his family is from Paralimni. We are open to other areas in Cyprus. Our friend Andrea Constantinites kindly shared your details as you planned her sister-in-law’s wedding at the Parklane in Limassol, which sounded beautiful and just like what we’d be looking for.

We are looking to have a wedding for about 200 people, ideally outdoors and in a beautiful setting, and would love to speak to you about some venue options and ideas you might have.

Symbolic Ceremony & Dinner

VENUE STYLE : rustic, not over the top, natural elements yet elegant, sea view/coastal no mountain wedding
DECOR: candles & natural flowers, less is more
KEY FACTORS: good food & fully covered drinks, music

ENTERTAINMENT: Ceremony 2 or 3 piece band, Cocktail reception - same 2 piece, Dinner - Greek & English DJ

As requested please see example prices for venues. Please note these are prices based on weddings in 2023 & 2024 and the couples choices; this will slightly differ depending on your selections and the 2026 rates.

Protaras 4 Star Hotel: €27,000 for 200 guests including round tables, wooden chairs, table linen, tableware, 3 tier cake, seating plan, table numbers, welcome sign, full buffet & open bar.
Ayia Napa Beach Restaurant: €25,000 for 200 guests including round tables, tableware, full buffet & prepaid bar.

Larnaca Wedding Venue: €28,000 for 200 guests including tables, chairs, charger plates, tableware, fairy lights, 2 tier cake, full buffet, canapés & open bar for the duration including cocktails.
Limassol 5 Star Hotel: €57,800 for 200 guests including tables, tableware, canapés, full buffet, drinks reception cocktails & open bar for the duration.
Limassol Beach Restaurant: €23,000 for 200 guests including tables, chairs, tableware, full buffet, drinks reception Prosecco & open bar for the duration.

Decor: Will range from €4000-5000 depending on what the venue provides in regards to chairs and tables.
Photographers & Videographers: These prices range from €3800 - €6000


Serenity’s Service Proposal

Primary Service Option

FULL WEDDING PLANNING

  • Venue Sourcing and Management: We will present you with 5-7 carefully selected venues in Cyprus that align with your specifications and budget. Once you choose your preferred wedding venue, we will oversee all communications, keeping you informed of all essential details throughout the process.
    Note we always work to get our couples the best wedding rates or added complementary services with your final venue.

  • Portal Creation: We will create a dedicated area that allows you to access and review all venue & supplier options in one centralised location.

  • Coordination of Site Visits and Food Tastings: After you shortlist the venues you wish to visit, we will handle the booking and scheduling of all site tours. Additionally, once your venue is confirmed, we will arrange a food tasting with the catering team to take place 3 to 6 months prior to your wedding.

  • Venue Design: We will request that you share your wedding vision in the form of a mood board. Based on your preferences, we will collaborate on the venue design and select suppliers who can bring your vision to life. If you are unsure about a specific direction, we are also available to provide design ideas and inspiration that will enhance the venue chosen.

  • Catering Management: We will oversee the catering team to ensure that all special requests and specific requirements for both the couple and their guests are met with precision and care.

  • Supplier Sourcing and Management: We will handle the sourcing and management of all essential suppliers, including photographers, florists, entertainment, decor, and audiovisual teams, ensuring a seamless integration of all elements for your event. We will also provide you with a list of Hair & Make up artists to review in the chosen destination.

  • Budget Management and Tracking: Our portal will include a budget and supplier tracker, where you can easily access a full list of all agreed-upon services for your reference at any time.

  • Invitation Support: We offer two options for your invitations: 1) Traditional printed invites, or 2) An event app invitation with RSVP capabilities, for which we highly recommend the JOY app.

  • Accommodation Coordination: We will secure a special accommodation rate for your guests at the selected wedding hotel(s).

  • Ceremony Planning: We will ensure that all aspects of your ceremony adhere to local laws and regulations, regardless of whether you choose a legal or symbolic ceremony.

  • Event Day Schedule Creation: We will develop a comprehensive event day schedule and timeline, which will be distributed to the venue and suppliers prior to the wedding, ensuring smooth execution on the day of your celebration.

ON THE DAY CO-ORDINATION & MANAGEMENT

  • Wedding Setup: 2 team members will be onsite to ensure that all suppliers are operating on schedule and that the setup is executed according to the agreed-upon plan.

  • Wedding Execution: Our team will remain onsite throughout the wedding to ensure that all plans come together seamlessly, handling any unforeseen circumstances discreetly as they arise.

  • Post-Event Take Down: We will coordinate and schedule the dismantling and collection of all supplier materials following the end of the wedding.

Our full destination planning and coordination fee is €6750
+Travel & Accommodation (No accommodation is required for weddings taking place in Larnaca)

Secondary Service Option

PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING

  • Venue Sourcing and Management: We will present you with 4-7 carefully selected venues in Cyprus that align with your specifications and budget. Once you choose your preferred wedding venue, we will oversee all communications, keeping you informed of all essential details throughout the process.
    Note we always work to get our couples the best wedding rates or added complementary services with your final venue.

  • Portal Creation: We will create a dedicated area that allows you to access and review all venue options in one centralised location.

  • Supplier Recommendations : We will provide you with a full list of suppliers we have tried, tested and approve their level of service. This list includes videographers, entertainment, florists, make up artists etc. The decision is yours if you would like to use these suppliers however we highly recommend you reach out to each to gather multiple quotes. From here you will manage all reach out and communications with suppliers.

  • Budget Management and Tracking: We will provide you with a budget tracker to use throughout your planning. This document will also be valuable when you hand over to us 1 month before the wedding.

  • Hand over & Event Day Schedule Creation: One month before the wedding you will hand over all plans to our team. We will develop a comprehensive event day schedule and timeline, which will be distributed to the venue and suppliers prior to the wedding, ensuring smooth execution on the day of your celebration.

ON THE DAY CO-ORDINATION & MANAGEMENT
