Venue Finding:
We’ll handpick breathtaking venues in your chosen destination; whether in the Greece, Italy, Mallorca or Cyprus, curating a selection tailored to your vision, guest experience, and practical needs. From boutique hotels to winery estates, we handle the planning of the site visits, and negotiations, ensuring your venue becomes the perfect backdrop for your celebration. We will assist you on obtaining favourable rates based off of our relationships & your request to leverage your platform. For us to do this we will need your stats and a small bio.
Venue Design:
Your wedding’s aesthetic is brought to life through collaborative creativity. We’ll refine your mood board into actionable plans, selecting trusted suppliers to transform the space once the venue is secured.
Accommodation Management:
If your venue does not have accommodation, our team will hand-select and negotiate with a shortlist of hotels that perfectly suit your guest experience and budget. We will secure a dedicated room block with a favourable wedding rates.
Transfer Coordination:
We can assist you with the booking & logistics of coaches for your guests arrival & departure. We suggest meeting 2.5 months before your wedding to action once all your RSVPs are in.
Supplier Recommendations:
We’ll share our exclusive list of handpicked suppliers—videographers, entertainers, florists, invite platforms, makeup artists, and more—all vetted for their exceptional quality and service. While the final selection is yours, we highly recommend contacting multiple suppliers from our curated selection to compare quotes and align with your vision. From here you’ll manage direct communication with suppliers.
Budget Management & Tracker:
A meticulously designed budget tracker will be your go-to tool for financial & service tracking, offering clarity and control from start to finish. One month before your wedding, this document will seamlessly transition to our team, ensuring a flawless handover for final execution.
Portal Creation:
Your dedicated planning portal provides real-time access to documents, supplier recommendations, and key updates—all in one elegant, easy-to-navigate hub.
1 Month hand-over & Planning
Handover & Event Day Schedule Creation:
One month prior to your wedding, we’ll take the reins, meeting with every supplier to finalise plans and craft a master timeline. This comprehensive schedule will be shared with vendors and venues, guaranteeing a celebration that unfolds effortlessly, leaving you free to immerse yourself in every magical moment.
On-the-Day Coordination
Wedding Setup:
We will oversee setup, ensuring that all suppliers are operating on schedule and that the setup is executed according to the agreed-upon plan.
Seamless Execution:
We’re there from your first step down the aisle to the final farewell, to ensure that you are supported and all plans come together seamlessly, handling any surprises with grace so you’re free to savour every moment.
Post-Event Take Down:
After your last guest departs, we’ll coordinate the breakdown and collection, leaving you to relax and reminisce and not worried about communicating with suppliers.
Our fee is €4700 +Travel
To secure our services and begin this exciting journey, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance can be conveniently split into one or two instalments, with the full amount due six weeks before your wedding day.
Once your deposit is received, we will activate your exclusive client portal and begin our targeted outreach to venues. To help us craft a compelling narrative for our inquiries and secure the most attractive rates and availability for you, we ask that you share your social media stats with us, a brief bio and your vision for documenting your journey in PDF form is perfect.
Your curated venue options will then be presented to you within your personal portal. We'll schedule a dedicated call to walk through each one, discussing the unique merits of every location to find your perfect match.
After you've shortlisted your favourites, the most thrilling part begins: we'll collaborate to plan your unforgettable site visits!
