First and foremost, a huge congratulations from Sandie & The Serenity Team; this is a very exciting (& occasionally overwhelming) time for you both so we are thrilled that you’re considering Serenity as your wedding planners and coordinators. Our mission is to meticulously and creatively handle the planning and coordination of your wedding while keeping the journey as serene as that day itself. We promise to try and keep your stress levels to a minimum and nerves at bay by taking over the estimated 720 hours it takes to plan & coordinate a wedding ! We look forward to co-creating a day that is personal yet extraordinary for you both!
We’re in the early stages of planning an intimate wedding for around 25 guests, potentially in May 2027. Our thoughts so far are to have a 3-day celebration on a Greek island, something like:
Day 1: Group activity (e.g., excursion) followed by a casual dinner/celebration
Day 2: Wedding ceremony and reception
Day 3: Group activity (e.g., catamaran trip)
We’re interested in a villa that can host all events, ideally with on-site guest rooms and additional accommodations nearby for extra guests. Being close to the beach and airport is important.
We’re open to suggestions on islands (thinking of places like Santorini, Corfu, or Rhodes) and venues that would fit our vision and budget. We’re also happy to have the ceremony here and complete the legal paperwork back home if that simplifies things.
Since we’re still early in planning, any ideas or help you can offer would be much appreciated. If you could send us details on venue options, availability, and estimated costs (venue, catering, activities, accommodations, etc.), that would be very helpful.

We’ll handpick breathtaking venues in your chosen destination; whether in the vibrant islands of Greece or the stunning coast of the mainland, curating a selection tailored to your vision, guest experience, and practical needs. From intimate villas to coastal estates, we handle the planning of the site visits, negotiations, and logistics, ensuring your venue becomes the perfect backdrop for your celebration.
Venue Design:
Your wedding’s aesthetic is brought to life through collaborative design. We’ll refine your mood board into actionable plans, selecting decor and layouts that reflect your style. If you’re seeking inspiration, our team will present elevated design concepts and trusted suppliers to transform the space.
Portal Creation:
We will create a personalised, centralised planning portal keeps every detail at your fingertips, from contracts to timelines; ensuring clarity and ease throughout the process.
Supplier Sourcing & Management:
We meticulously select and oversee a dream team of essential vendors including photographers, florists, entertainers, production and more, ensuring flawless cohesion. We’ll also provide a curated list of top-tier hair and makeup artists. This also includes the suppliers for day 1 & 3.
Catering Management:
After selecting your venue or external caterer, we’ll arrange a tasting to finalise menus, then oversee execution to ensure every dietary preference and culinary detail is perfected.
Budget Management:
Your portal includes a clear, real-time budget tracker, so financial planning is as effortless as the rest of your experience. You can easily access a full list of all agreed-upon services for your reference at any time.
Invitation Support:
Choose between timeless printed stationery or a sleek digital app (like JOY) for RSVPs—we’ll guide you toward the ideal option for your guest experience.
Ceremony Planning:
We will ensure that all aspects of your ceremony adhere to local laws and regulations, regardless of whether you choose a legal or symbolic ceremony.
Event Day Schedule:
A master timeline aligns vendors and venues, guaranteeing a day that flows as beautifully as it was envisioned. We will develop a comprehensive event day schedule and timeline, which will be distributed to the venue and suppliers prior to the wedding. We will also manage the schedule for day 1 & 3.
On-the-Day Coordination
Wedding Setup:
A dedicated team member will oversee setup, ensuring that all suppliers are operating on schedule and that the setup is executed according to the agreed-upon plan. We will also manage the set up for day 1 & 3.
Seamless Execution:
We’re there from your first step down the aisle to the final farewell, to ensure that you are supported and all plans come together seamlessly, handling any surprises with grace so you’re free to savour every moment.
Post-Event Take Down:
After your last guest departs, we’ll coordinate the breakdown and collection, leaving you to relax and reminisce and not worried about communicating with suppliers.
Our full planning and coordination fee for your wedding enquiry is £7000 +Travel & Accommodation

While the final selection is yours, we highly recommend contacting multiple suppliers from our curated selection to compare quotes and align with your vision. From here you’ll manage direct communication with suppliers.
Budget Management & Tracker:
A meticulously designed budget tracker will be your go-to tool for financial & service tracking, offering clarity and control from start to finish. One month before your wedding, this document will seamlessly transition to our team, ensuring a flawless handover for final execution.
Portal Creation:
Your dedicated planning portal provides real-time access to documents, supplier recommendations, and key updates—all in one elegant, easy-to-navigate hub.
1 Month hand-over & Planning

Over the last decade we have established excellent relationships with boutique hotels, private villas, and their management teams across Greece. This allows us to confidently select the perfect venues for your wedding however knowing your budget is crucial. Please note that many hotels have just released their 2027 rates, while villa availability is typically confirmed 12 months in advance. However, to assist in your planning, we’ve provided previous quotes based on the 2025 rates below for your reference. Please note all prices are based on 2025 and not a proposal for yourselves.
5 Star Hotel in Corfu
€12,000 for 25 people including cocktail reception, plated dinner and 4 hour drink package. Complementary sea view accommodation for yourselves the night before and of the wedding.
We always agree a special accommodation rate to be provided for your guests.
3 Bed Crete Villa
€5540 for 7 nights sleeping 6 & including event fee. Food and beverage will be additional.
6 Bed Corfu Beach House
€12,180 for 7 nights sleeping 12 & including event fee. Food and beverage will be additional.
5 Star Hotel in the Greece Peninsulas
€13,296 for 25 people including cocktail reception, plated dinner and 4 hour drink package and two nights in one of the two largest Villas.
What is wonderful about this hotel is they have 4 villas onsite which can provide you with the feel of exclusivity, they have wine cellars on site that host wine tasting and kitchens for baking and cooking classes. Your wedding dinner can take place in two of the larger villas, on the beach, 1 of the restaurants or the winery & pavilion. They also have their own fleet of boats perfect for the final day.
