Our wedding planning and coordination fee for 2026 wedding celebrations in Cyprus is €6000.
Full wedding planning includes:
Budget breakdown & management
Venue design & decor planning
Supplier sourcing & management including; photographer, videographer, entertainment & production
We will provide you with a list of Hair & Make Up artists to trial
Set scheduled progress meetings throughout the planning process within 12 months of the wedding date
Ceremony planning support
Invitation & RSVP support (Website support included)
We will arrange a special accommodation rate for your guests at the chosen wedding hotel
Creation of a wedding schedule/timeline for venue & suppliers
Wedding setup & execution; ensuring all of your plans come together perfectly and discretely dealing with anything unforeseen that occurs
Take down; we will be on site overseeing clear-up & collection

Our On the day coordination + design fee for 2026 wedding celebrations in Cyprus is €3500.
On the day coordination includes:
We will provide you with a list of reccomended suppliers for your wedding
We will provide the relevant suppliers with a design brief and illustration for both ceremony and dinner reception
One month before the wedding we will have a handover meeting where we will take over the communication with suppliers.
