Hospitality Retainer & Consultation Services

Event Consultancy, Strategic Planning, Creative Management & Coordination

Our retainer & consultation services are ideal for Restaurants & Lounges who would like to
- start offering their establishment as an events spaces
- who currently offer events at their establishment but would like to enhance this offering
- who would like to build an in house events team

 
 

ROSATO
CONSULTATION ONLY £2500

  • Initial consultation and event strategy or target review

  • Analysis of competitors events activities

  • Event strategy creation

  • 1 launch or activation event of the space for planners & potential customers

  • Weekly meeting

  • Set up of pricing structure, email address & contracts

  • Hiring of events manager, events assistant where feasible & event sales where feasible. 5% commission of each salary for each position filled.

Minimum 3 months

BIANCO £3000

  • Initial consultation and event strategy or target review

  • Analysis of competitors events activities

  • Event strategy creation

  • 1 launch or activation event of the space for planners & potential customers

  • Weekly meeting

  • Creation & hosting of an email address for your event enquires such as ***events@serenitylondon.co.uk. The email address will be managed by Serenity London. It will be listed on your website and on your social media for private hire bookings only.

  • A shared calendar with the restaurant manager/founders will be created where confirmed events and event enquires will be listed.

  • Creation of event contracts, we will require your logo, the e-signature, name and title of the persons you select as the signatory.

  • Management of all event enquires through to contracts & confirmation of the event. We will assist with any event queries by the clients up until the day and the running of events will be carried out by the onsite team.

Minimum 9 months

ROSSO £3500

  • Event strategy creation

  • Weekly meeting

  • A quarterly Newsletter will be sent out to event agencies & previous clients, keeping your event space at the forefront of their minds. The key here is to have relevant seasonal updates which we will establish with the founders and SMM.

  • Management of all event enquires through to contracts & confirmation of the event. We will assist with any event queries by the clients up until the day and the running of events will be carried out by the onsite team.

Review Process

We will meet with the founders and social media team to understand your target audience and vision for the restaurants event space.
If you do not have a social media team we recommend Daniella @ www.onbrandsocial.com

We will share a short report of local venues of similar nature highlighting their event spaces and prices.
Following this we will create an events brochure including a rate card to service your target audience.

To do this successfully we will need floorplans, 3d renders and then to see the final space to ensure we have capacities and pricing aligned. Professional Images are required.

In addition to the events brochure it is important to have a recommended supplier list. We will create this to ensure the standard of suppliers used by your clients for events match the standards of your establishment.

We will work with the founders to plan and execute
-a showcase event to a small selection of your key audience or a private tasting.
- a launch event (the scale shall be decided by the founders)
