When it comes to event planning, the location is one of the most important factors in setting the tone for a lasting experience with guests. Here are some key attributes that you want to look out for when considering Venues:

Does the sales team support you from the original enquiry to the site visit, to execution? One of the most important qualities of a great venue is exceptional support of services, a team that prioritises their clients will make the process much more enjoyable for everyone.
Do they pay attention to detail? A successful venue will understand how important details are, that could make all the difference! They pay attention to every aspect including the layout, decor, lighting and catering. The venue planners will go the extra mile to ensure every element exceeds the client's vision.
Does the venue offer flexibility and customisation? A great venue understands that every event is different and so will offer flexibility with the layout. They will provide a range of layouts within the venue, allowing event planners to use the space and reach its full potential to create the perfect setup for clients.
